Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Executive, Performance Strategy to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to day SEM & programmatic projects’ operation for your clients. This includes communicate with client, control budget pacing, finish report and analytics projects’ performance.

You also need to train your team to improve at SEM knowledge, doing execution and analytics skill. QC the delivery of your underlines. Support Performance Director to grow new business.

In this role, your goals will be

In three months:

  • Understand client business and have clarify road map for how to operate your projects.
  • Built relationships across both internal and external stakeholders who will ultimately enable you to excel in your role
  • Independent to finish regular reporting, proposal and communicate with client for daily operation

In six months:

  • Ability to independent manage performance projects with little supervision
  • Ensure your SEM projects are under control and target KPI
  • Work closely with planning team to provide integrate strategy planning
  • Support performance director to finish pitch proposal if needed

In 12 months:

  • Lead team to finish performance recommendation
  • Lead team to do data analytics and optimization plan
  • Familiar with different digital tracking tools
  • Build up relationship with vendors
  • Gain trust from your clients
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
  • Deliver performance recommendations and proposals that are consistently backed up with sound insights, research and historical data
  • Lead team to finish search proposal, including keywords and ad copy’s creations and programmatic strategy
  • Lead team to do data analytics and optimization plan
  • Cultivating the day to day client relationship, through in-person meetings, presentations, and frequent contact
  • Train your team members for basic SEM and data analytics’ skill

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in performance marketing. Specifically, travel industry related experience will be an advantage
  • Familiar with SEM, programmatic & digital tracking tools
  • Experienced with digital media planning across diverse campaigns, strong quantitative skills required
  • Effectively communicate information and decisions with the full range of stakeholders involved in a project
  • Demonstrating the ability and skill to offer solutions to overcome potential obstacles and challenges
  • Present confidently to a range of clients and internal stake holders
