Now Hiring: Motion Designer to join our awesome community, tackle projects for the world’s best startups, and learn at the speed of a comet.
Who are we looking for?

Experience in Motion design (3+ years)
Lottie Files: Experience working with Lottie files is important.
Rigging & Character Animation: Proficient in rigging and character animation.
After Effects: At least 1-2 years of experience with After Effects.
3D Work: Basic 3D work in any program is a plus.
Spline or Rive: Knowledge of Spline or Rive is a plus.
Graphic Design: Basic understanding of composition, color, and the ability to create simple storyboards.
Video Editing: Basic editing skills, including cutting video and making minor adjustments.
Ability to deliver results in a timely manner with daily updates
Fluent English, as work primarily involves US-based clients
Flexibility to work US hours or adjust your schedule to align with the San Francisco timezone

What will you be working on?

Develop engaging promotional videos tailored to client needs
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals
Edit raw video footage to create polished, professional content
Ensure video quality and consistency across all projects
Design and animate app workflow explainer videos
Craft simple and fluid character animations for short motion videos
Create introductions, end screens, transitions, collages, and other motion graphics
Design seamless animations to captivate users and enhance brand differentiation.
