CSG have been engaged on an exciting assignment to source a National Account Manager for a Tier One leading Beauty and Cosmetics supplier. This Sydney based role will put the successful applicant at the heart of managing key accounts for an organisation that maintains their position as a leader in their category, with a fantastic portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop winning relationships with all key stake holders in key accounts through high levels of contact at all levels through the channel to influence the customer to gain share and sales growth.
  • Collaborate to develop a promotional program that delivers against shopper insights whilst improving the ROI without compromising the customer strategy , sales and share.
  • Continually innovate in sales and the path to purchase to accelerate growth and lead the customer agenda

Key Requirements:

  • FMCG, Consumer or Beauty experience required with a strong understanding of the industry
  • 2+ years in a National Account Manager role
  • Strong commercial, financial acumen coupled with exceptional communication skills.
  • Category development experience desirable.
  • Ability to plan through multiple priorities and manage differing customer needs.
