Job Description

An exciting National Key Account Manager job has just become available in one of the leading multinational FMCG companies in Jakarta.

About the National Key Account Manager role:

You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and get mutual benefit on it to achieve target and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and monitoring sales target the team (KAM|KAE)
  • Setting and analyse sales forecast and promotion planning with cost ratio quarterly
  • Review sales achievement and promotion implementation periodically
  • Market situation analysis for account sales strategy
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Collect and analyse sales data and trends
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
  • Ensure the team well maintain PLU active nationally
  • Ensure the team|account well maintain return < 1% nationally
  • As a guide and given solving problem for any related issues
  • Maintain trading term with maximum benefit
  • Maintain the budget efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales

To succeed in this National Key Account Manager role, you should have excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
  • Min five years' experience in the same position
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent analytic and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Presentable
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented
  • Strong leadership skills (ability to lead) and ability to motivate team members
  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
