Client Details An exciting opportunity has come up with one of the leading providers of Medical Devices for National Sales Manager wih strong leadership capability to lead the business to the next level. Our client is a Multinational company, a well respected player boasting a strong track record historically in providing high quality medical devices. Description Our client is in search for a National Sales Manager to provide leadership and sales strategy. Other responsibilities include: * Responsible for overall Indonesia sales performance in Medical Devices including develop clients with Hospitals, Clinicis, and other Healthcare Service Providers * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed objectives in relation to sales, market share, business development, customer relations and sales force efficiency KPIs. Address low performance effectively * Create marketing and sales plans according to the budget and sales target * Make full use of market intelligence such as competitors, product profile and product price to enlarge national market share * Deliver and exceed the agreed forecast budget and Business Plan * Build and maintain long term, favourable customer relationships with key decision makers * Track and monitor progress on new business development in all provinces Profile * Fluent in English is a plus * At least 5 years of Sales Management experience, preferably within the Healthcare field * Strong Leadership & coaching skills to enable staff perform at a higher level * Understanding of community social, health services, and the Canadian health care system in general for the provinces in the region. * A strong, collaborative approach with your internal colleagues * Ability to track record of achieving business development objectives and revenue targets * Excellent interpersonal skills, displaying an effective business demeanor Job Offer * Opportunity to work with a leading multinational company * Excellent remuneration package based on experience and achievements Page Group Indonesia is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
