About the position:
Designation: Regional Sales Manager – North India
Experience required- 6-9 years
Reporting To: CEO
Salary into – 10L/annum + allowance + target bonus +
- Sales & Marketing of building materials particularly for Project sales involving Residential ,Commercial , Hotel & Industrial Projects.
- Deep understanding for Products Approval & Specifications thru Consultants & Architects.
- Liasioning with Govt./ Corporate Houses for Product Presentation and Approval /Specification in Tender & BOQ etc.
- Good Relationship with Consultants / Architects & Interior Designers.
- Formulating Business Goals, Short term and Long-term budgets and developing business plan for the achievement of these goals.
- Vast experience in Business Development thru Distributors & Dealers network.
- P & L Responsibility.
- Meeting Monthly , Quaterly & Annual Sales / Collection Target & managing as a Profit Centre Head.
- Formulation of sales strategies and related business policies.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach for customer mapping.
- Monitoring Key Accounts Sales and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of revenue and collection targets.
- Identifying prospective New Clients to generate business
- Tracking market/ competitor trends to keep abreast the changing clients requirement/ expectations.
- Preparation of Management Information System & Reports for fine-tuning sales strategy and product development plans.
•Preparing & controlling expense budgets for sales & marketing for the FY.
