Job Description

The Event Administrator will report to the Events Delivery Team Leader providing support to the team of 9, assisting with the high-quality delivery of events including conferences, workshops, seminars, events and CA Program events/ exams.

Your responsibility will include:

  • Assist with the coordination, production and distribution of course materials for all events
  • Monitor communications on central email address for event registrations, registration changes and member and customer feedback
  • Produce name badges, event attendance lists and event confirmations
  • The processing of registrations, the production of name badges and registrant lists
  • Managing the logistics and enquiries regarding NSW Event Delivery equipment to ensure
  • accountability for company inventory

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exposure to event management / coordination
  • Knowledge of event management systems preferred but not required
  • Degree qualified or equivalent (desired)
  • Intermediate MS Office
  • Strong admin skills
  • Data entry
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
