We are seeking nurses who have highly developed interpersonal skills with a capacity to relate effectively to a diverse range of families, communities and professionals in a constantly changing environment.
Applicants need to be familiar with the requirements of the M&CH program and must have the ability to work well within a team.

Hours of work and location will be varied.

Essential: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as both a registered nurse and a registered midwife and to also hold recognised qualifications in maternal and child health nursing (or pre-1998 equivalent).
Essential: Ability to work with a diverse range of families and service providers
Essential: Highly developed assessment and referral skills.
Essential: Understanding of families’ support needs and child protection issues
Essential: Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
Essential: Demonstrated understanding of information technology systems and the Maternal and Child Health Xpedite Software package
Desirable: Demonstrated ability to work a team environment and positively contribute to the team.
