Establishes  and assures adherence to budgets,schedules, work plans and performance requirements.SUPERVISIONManages activities of two or more departments. Through subordinatemanagers who exercise full supervision in terms of costs,  methods, andstaffing.EXPERIENCETypically requires a minimum of 8 years management experience.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLHaving wide-ranging management experience. Resolves complex issues increative and effective ways.SCOPEEstablishes operational objectives and work plans and delegatesassignments to subordinate managers. Senior management  reviewsobjectives to determine success of operation.  Involved in developing,modifying and executing company policies that  affect immediateoperations and may also have company wide effect.INTERACTIONRegularly interacts with senior management or executive levels onmatters concerning several functional areas, divisions,  and/orcustomers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gainacceptance from others in sensitive situations,  without damage to therelationship.
