As a Receptionist cum Office Assistant your duties will involve;
Greeting people entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Operate telephone switchboard in a courteous and professional manner to answer, screen, or forward calls, receive and deliver the messages in writing, verbally or electronically and organize /receive courier deliveries.
Talk to the customers politely on the phone or when they walk in.
Provide general information about the establishment on call. Making the walk- in's fill the enquiry forms.
Maintain and update appointment calendars.
Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents as per requirement. Filing important documents, maintaining files, etc..
Maintain business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; scheduling equipment service and repairs.
Protect company rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
