Job Description

To provide administration support and process for the Commercial Office \(Groups, Conference and Events, Sales and Marketing departments\) of the Waldorf Hilton London London\.
Both a key and varied role within the commercial department; the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with leaders of all commercial disciplines\. The role will best suit a self\-starter, eager to learn about the commerciality's of a hotel and confident in owning tasks and process' independently\.
What will I be doing?
·Departmental Reporting
·Internal Communications
·Responsible for the accurate posting of Groups and Events revenue
·Supporting the Events Team with customer signage, menu's and table plans
·Supporting the Director of GC&E and Director of Sales with rostering
·Planning and Communication of internal Events\.
·Planning and Support for hotel site inspections and customer familiarisation trips for both the GC&E and Sales Team\.
·Liaising with Hilton's offsite finance teams for Commission Invoice payments
·Responsible for the departments procurement process' including office equipment and stationary
·Supporting the Commercial Director administratively where required
·Departmental Health and Safety champion
·Departmental social and THRIVE champion

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
·Previous experience working within an office environment
·Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
