Job Description

As the Office Manager / PA your responsibilities will include-

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director
  • Managing the day-to-day office operations
  • Maintaining company policies and procedures
  • Liaising with suppliers in a professional manner
  • Maintaining the client database and assisting with daily digital mail outs
  • Purchasing and maintenance of inventory
  • Management of internal projects from beginning to end, including, but not limited to the research, purchasing and implementing of new technologies
  • Travel Coordination
  • Reception relief
  • Event management of quarterly company gatherings and monthly sales marathons
  • Running of personal errands, gift purchasing, dry cleaning, car servicing, etc.
The Successful Applicant
  • This is a great role for an already experienced PA/Office Manager (3+ years) who wants to take the next step in their career within a fast paced environment. (must have managed an office of 50+)
  • MUST BE Tech/IT savvy
  • Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Show initiative with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Have the ability to balance conflicting priorities and work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship)
  • Current driver's license is also required
