We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Research and Development (R&D) business unit. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of our R&D team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:

  • Maintain and manage R&D financials, including Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls), research efforts tracking, and R&D forecasts.
  • Client Support:
    • Accountable for all administrative client requirements, including the creation and follow-up of Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Maintain R&D team allocations and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Time and Effort Tracking:
    • Periodically review and adjust R&D team members' hours submissions to accurately reflect their effort and facilitate precise billing.
  • Billing Assistance:
    • Assist with billing processes as needed, which may include sending invoices and following up on purchase orders (POs).

    Requirements

    • Enthusiasm to join a fast-growing software development agency and contribute to the success of the R&D team.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, knowledge in functions such as Pivot Tables and advanced formulas (Vlookup, IF) are appreciated.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Comfort working on repetitive tasks and a commitment to consistency and accuracy.
    • Availability to work full time for 8 hours.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
    • Prior experience in finance or administrative support roles is a plus.
    • Prior experience working in a software development agency is a plus.
    • Advanced English (required)
