The People Analyst is responsible for all the back end support related to the maintenance and development of reports, data accuracy, and ETL processes required by our People Analytics solutions. Its holder will be key to deliver accurate and secured information to our stakeholders.

Work includes dealing with large amounts of data in order to sustain reports in Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, and Excel. The new analyst will also be responsible for monthly report generation and will support the development of Alteryx flows, researching and mapping different data sources. Partnership and collaboration with Global HR Operations and IT team located in Brazil and Europe complements the job characteristics.

We are looking for a person with strong data engineering skills, able to distill quantitative information of a qualitative subject by nature. HR knowledge is a differential, but not a requirement.


  • Generate workforce reports related to our People KPIs on a periodic basis.
  • Sustain and implement new reports in our Report Center and Workforce Analytics modules in the SAP SuccessFactors application (Yara PeoplePath).
  • Oversee data accuracy, proposing new ways of keeping data clean and trustworthy.
  • Research and map data sources within different internal and external applications.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Alteryx ETL flows in collaboration with our IT team.
  • Support Power BI reports development and studies using advanced statistical and mathematical techniques.
  • Support process improvements, automating and enhancing performance of scripts and reports.
  • Look for solutions in order to comply with GDPR and other data privacy aspects when it comes to reporting.
  • Partner with the Global HR Operations team on insights projects around workforce phenomena.


  • Bachelors’ degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or any related quantitative fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. 
  • Desired experience with People Analytics projects and/or SAP SuccessFactors applications.  
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, BI, and data visualization applications. Power BI is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in ETL processes and database applications. Alteryx is an advantage.
  • Desired knowledge in statistics, multivariate analysis, and optimization. R and Python are an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
