In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

  • Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well!
  • Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking;
  • Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.
  • Candidates must be able to provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:.

  • Resolving booking issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client oriented focus;
  • Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently
  • Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion
  • Full operational support to financial instrument Foreign Exchange which is traded globally.
  • Trade reconciliation and payment investigation.
  • Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, while reducing risk across all touch-points in the trade path.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries

What do we ask for this position?

  • Graduate or bachelor student;
  • Advanced English;
  • Portuguese knowledge highly appreciated;
  • Team player and willingness to collaborate.
  • Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution;
  • Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus;
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel is a plus;
  • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism;
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
