Initiate plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of Marketplace operations
Build strategies for effective Seller development & management
Ensure adherence of Sellers to the agreed upon performance metrics
Manage third party logistics partners and streamline the end-to-end fulfillment operations
Execute supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency, speed, and cost.
Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
Good Problem Solving Ability to figure out process gaps and provide solutions
Analytical Mindset Ability to see through numbers and derive insights to identify problems and opportunity areas
Bachelor degree in any major
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experiences in e-commerce/retail business would be an advantage
Structured and analytical thinking
Advance in Microsoft Excel is a must
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Operations or equivalent
