Job Summary:

To be a key role as:

  • Technical Underwriting Development / Project Manager
  • Insurance Technology(InsureTech) and Innovation Explorer
  • Operations Strategy Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis, to mine, extract and analyze data to be useful information set, also create a model to depict the trend in the data base to support Operations Strategies for management decision.
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining data base
  • Building models to address business problems
  • Presenting information using data visualization techniques
  • Perform project manager role and work on pre/post implementation review to assess if stated goals and objectives have been met or achieve optimum performance or efficiency

    Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least +4 year experience in the area of business data analysis, and project management with a track record of successful outcomes
  • Dynamic approach to presentation at all levels of an organization with the ability to translate concepts into practical application
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, communication and change management skills
  • Exceptional computer skills including operation of Microsoft office and Data Analysis Tool (eg. MS Access, Tableau)
