JOB PURPOSE

Through your passion for the brand and professionalism you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the store’s administration function.

You will ensure that excellent service is provided to the store staff and effective communication is maintained with departments and external providers to the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Follow all stock related processes and procedures, covering Goods Receipts into store using Global Business Compliance & in a timely manner
  • Transfer of good to other locations
  • Ensure that high standards and effective operations of the Stock Rooms are maintained, including proper organisation and accessibility of merchandise
  • Process the receipt of goods movement through SAP and any other necessary paperwork in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure price changes are done on a timely basis
  • Ensure return to HUB stock is action within the agreed frame work
  • Ensure effective support is in place for the sales floor, bringing product to and from the Stockroom, enabling the sales team to deliver an enhanced brand experience
  • Be aware of VM guidelines and assist to re-position displays / props if or when required
  • Assist with the delivery of stock when needed – collecting altered garments for customers and transferring garments to other stores
  • Be aware of and follow all company procedures in relation to Loss Prevention
  • Understand and comply with Health and Safety procedures in the store, participating in H&S and loss prevention training as required
  • Take an active role in Twice Yearly Store Stock Takes
  • Ensure that you are always up-to-date with company communication both internally and externally
  • Stock Room - Mark Down period preparation and compliance – from start to end date

    • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any field
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
    • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
    • Able to work on retail hours
