RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Point of contact for Logistics, Customer Operations, Merchandising and Allocation and third parties to ensure stock deliveries to and from the stores are carried out timely;
  • Manage permit applications for shipments and maintain shipping documents.
  • Provide support for stores to accurately forecast and order packaging on a regular basis ensuring stock levels in stores are appropriate and stock piling does not occur.
  • Provide support for stores through liaising with vendors for business cards, service props, stationery and refreshments orders.
  • Communicate and manage the Uniform ordering process, alongside the Retail Standards and Operations Manager. Ensuring orders processed to Central / Customer Operations are accurate. In the event of any issues, responsible for escalating to their Manager and Country General Manager for resolution.
  • Provide ad-hoc Admin support to stores to reduce workload where appropriate
  • Support the roll out of Central and Regional retail initiatives into store. Providing relevant, accurate and timely information where requested to ensure the roll out is effective.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • To support stores to ensure they are compliant with Health and Safety legislation. To escalate any store issues where appropriate for resolution
  • To liaise with contractors and Facilities management for any work that needs to be carried out in store. Support any requests for information relating to issuing of permits to work and APP cover.

COMMUNICATION

  • To implement and maintain a share point for collating and sending out key information to stores.
  • To regularly review content within share point to ensure it remains relevant and accurate at all times.
  • To maintain regular communication with Retail Standards and Operations teams and escalate key issues where appropriate.

GENERAL

  • To help the Retail Standards and Operations Manager and Store Teams to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards in store.
  • To support stores to complete bi-annual stock takes outside of normal working hours to ensure a smooth operation at all times.
  • To support marketing, VIC, sales events if required
  • To process Purchase Orders, and maintain invoice records and cost tracking for all store maintenance.
  • To carry out any additional duties as directed by the Retail Standards and Operations Manager and/or General Manager.
