Job role:

We are looking for Operations Executive for Back-office work. No travel involved. The job includes executing the assigned tasks and coordinating the same with Field Executives spread all over India via our CRM, Emails, WhatsApp, and Phone Calls. The ability to communicate properly on the phone is a must. Hands-on experience of working on computers & the Internet is required.

  • Assigning the task to the field force and getting it done
  • Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM
  • Following up and providing the training as and when required.
  • Understanding the procedural logic and perform the duties accordingly
  • Decision Making related to the Field Executive as to whom the specific tasks can be assigned; based on their location and basic tech-savviness.
  • Operating the computer and mobile for the assignment of the tasks to the Field Executives
  • Working on multiple tech tools/platforms (Emails, WhatsApp, Calls, Messages, CRM, etc) to maintain the workflow
  • Take on/engage Field Executives from multiple sources
  • Assisting team members with other office work
  • Taking ownership of work assigned to you and delivering before the due date
  • Seeking the assistance of the Reporting Manager when required.

  • Requirements:

    For Experienced Candidates:

    • 1+ years of experience in the industry
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • At least 1+ years spent working in back-office/operations work
    • Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge
    • Previous experience as an Aadhaar operator or as a BPO / Inbound / Outbound process will be an advantage

    For Freshers:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge
    • Internship Experience will be a plus
    • Ability to learn quickly and hands-on experience on the computer will be an added advantage

    Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm, 6 Days a week, Sunday Off
