Manage daily operations of sortation centre through inbound, outbound, sorting using the appropriate sort program or manual distribution scheme and reprocessing functions.
Develop and manage day to day relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and quick action for any problems and complaints; manage activities of 3PL.
Monitoring system, inventory, administration, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicator.
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
Strive for continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
Have 4 years relevant work experience in the same field
Strong business acumen with the ability to help drive insights and decisions through data and information
