  • Manage and direct the operations team to achieve business targets.
  • Helps to develop or update standard operating procedures for all business operations.
  • Build strong relationships with timely handling of customer problems and complaints.
  • Provide employee ratings, promotions, compensation and termination of employment based on performance reviews.
  • Providing operational support and guidance to staff.
  • Monitor and control expenditure according to the allocated budget.
  • Helps in interviewing, recruiting and training candidates.
  • Manage work assignments and allocations for staff.
  • Review performance and provide performance feedback to staff.
  • Keep accurate and clear documentation for procedures and operational activities.
  • Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Make sure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
  • Do regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, problems, updates, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Good organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and detail oriented with high initiative.
  • High analytical thinking and sound presentation skills.
  • Good foundation in communication and project management.

With friendly customer service and an established rapport with customers, this store went on to become Toko Srikaya in 1984, after a successful proposal to be an authorized agent of Unilever. Business progressed tremendously and with the support of Unilever Indonesia, PT. Srikaya Mitramakmur was finally established in 1990. The company now houses more than 100 employees, commands a fleet of 25 lorries, and has an annual revenue of more than Rp150 billion.
