Job Description

NDIS IDEAL Plan Management is a division of Nexia Canberra Chartered Accountants and provides financial administration services for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. 

Due to continuing growth, we are currently seeking a suitably skilled and experienced candidate to fill a key management role on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to take the lead of a high performing team within a dynamic environment to deliver a dependable client experience to our NDIS Ideal plan management service users.

The key responsibilities for this role include the overall operational management of the NDIS Ideal Plan Management functions. The scope of the role will also include:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining business systems and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS terms of business and other federal and state regulatory requirements
  • Manage the scoping and implementation of technology solutions
  • Assist the Finance Manager with the budget, accounts and cash flow for the division
  • Identification and proactive management of business risks.

Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and/or previous experience in the disability/community sector will be highly regarded. Tertiary or vocational qualifications in a relevant field are desirable but not essential.
