## Primary Location
Club Operations Manager
Reporting to the Club Operations Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
* Manages in compliance with established company policies and procedures.
* Manages in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
* Maintains procedures for security of monies.
* Maintains procedures for credit control and handling of financial transactions.
* Maintains inventory control procedures.
* Implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with the SOP’s and LSOP’s; to include safety and sanitary regulation, all federal, state and local regulations to ensure optimal levels of quality service and hospitality are provided to the guest.
* Manage the maintenance/ sanitation of the Food and Beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
* Hotel wide wine / liquor / beverage program and administration
* Works with closely with Outlet Assistant Mangers to maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality.
* Receives departmental relates guest complaints and ensures corrective action is taken to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.
* Increases level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image.
* Marketing of All Day Dining Restaurant, In-Room Dining &, Refreshment Centre, develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentations within corporate guidelines to capture more in house guests and a larger share of the local market to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives. Develops the annual marketing plan.
* Assists to develop, recommend, implement, and manage the division’s annual budget, business/marketing plan forecasts and objectives to meet/exceed management expectations.
* Achieves budgeted revenues and expenses and maximizes profitability related to the food and beverage department.
* Assists in creating and implementing and maintaining local and national sales/marketing programs.
* Collaborates with Outlet Leaders in order to manage the Human Resources within all areas.
* Recruitment and development of employees; hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews, resolve conflict through fair treatment policy, discipline and terminate as appropriate.

Job Description:
* 3 years of employment in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role
* Previous Point of Sale System experience required
* Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
* University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Highly responsible & reliable
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
* Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession
* Outstanding knowledge of F&B; product and high end service levels
* This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management
* Be able to communicate in Mandarin and English is must
