Our client is a young & energetic F&B company with rapidly growing business, they are looking for a Logistics Manager to head up the fleet team (including subordinates in logistics department and drivers)
about the job.
  • Manage the different segments of the Logistics Department: Fleet Recruitment, Fleet Performance and Fleet HR/Admin;
  • Continuously improve the structure of the local Logistics Department and manage it for maximal cooperation and productivity;
  • Analyze, optimize and develop process flows, SOPs and Logistics tools;
  • Monitor KPIs and achieve the targets set for the Logistics Team;
  • Align with the APAC team on best practices and product roll-outs;
  • Work closely with the Operations Director in challenging the Logistics setup and developing new ideas for further improving it.
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Engineering or Transport / Logistics disciplines
  • 5 years solid experience in logistics field, must have fleet management experience
  • Experience in managing sizable fleet team for F&B operations is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Detail-minded, data-driven, good analytical skills
  • Open-minded, adaptable, proactive, passion in new technology a plus
  • Fast-paced, able to work under pressure, eager to contribute in a growing business
