Axalta operates its business in two operating segments: Performance Coatings and Transportation Coatings, serving four end markets, including: Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across the following four regions: North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.


Primary Responsibilities
General Admin:
1.Ensure the Purchase Order (PO) of the Customer is received and processed according to the procedure
2.Provide appropriate product information to customers
3.Ensure customer complaints are received and handled in accordance with established procedures
4.Provide sales report and other report that are needed continuously to the Sales Manager /
Direct Supervisor, MR and Salesman
5.Ensure data about customers is maintained and administered according to procedures
6.Ensure the existing procedure and standard work are running as they should, such as ensuring
the implementation of EHS programs and core values in their working functions to achieve zero targets
7.Receiving and processing PO
8.Making a planning / production schedule based on customer requests and coordinate with the
PPIC Department
9.Inputing order or stock into the system
10.Serving customer questions through corporate communication media
11.Receive and record customer complaints and deliver to relevant departments for follow-up
12.Prepare monthly sales report for each sales representative area
13.Store and manage data / records in accordance with applicable procedures.

Finance & Accounting:
1.Controlling AP / AR (Account payable / Account Receivable)
2.Monitor raw material stock and finished good
3.Financial statement
4.Handling tax matters
5.Implementation on SOX internal contro
6.Store and manage data / records in accordance with applicable procedures
7.Monitor all vendor invoices and AP / AR (Account payable / Account Receivable).
8.Check daily stock in the system
9.Conduct adjustment stock, cycle count and annual stock taking
10.Check the product costing
11.Review journal entry of all transactions before posting in the system.
12.Financial statements analysis
13.Perform an account reconciliation
14.Prepare a company monthly tax report and information


1. Min Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent
2. Have min 3-5 years working experiences as Accounting or Finance & Accounting Senior Staff

3. Strong analytical skills and able to handle Financial Statement

4. Able to handle tax reporting
5. Familiar with Computer and Accounting Software (SAP, Myob, Accurate, etc)
6. Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
7. Fluently in English both oral and written is preferred
