SIBG Portfolio Operations Specialist, LATAM

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Latin America Portfolio Operations Specialist you will play a key role for the amazing transformation journey that 3M is going through. In this role you will be able to contribute with the establishment of a new way to do business with, defining new processes for managing the Safety and Industrial Business’ portfolio changes, collaborating with multi-functional teams and making improvements to drive significant impact to our Customers’ Experience.

Main challenges

The impact you will make in this role

• You will drive the transformation of the process that defines, communicates and executes changes for the product portfolio of the Safety and Industrial Business Group to all countries in Latin America.
• You will lead the execution of the business activities related to the phase in / phase out process to guarantee accomplishment and operational excellence.
• You will implement changes to all countries’ portfolio processes to standardize and automatize activities, adding value, increasing productivity and improving the customer experience.
• You will build relationship with multi-functional peers on marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, and customer operations of Local, Area and Global teams.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Graduated on Administration and correlated areas
• Job experience on business processes improvement and portfolio management in industries or large companies
• Passionate about process transformation to improve the Customer Experience.
• Operational excellence mindset, holistic view and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate, communicate and collaborate with multi-functional and international teams.
• Languages: Spanish and English required

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Six Sigma and Lean Office
• Analytics, Power BI, Power Apps, Forms
• Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance knowledge
