What you’ll do
As a Publisher Operations Specialist and member of our Customer Success team, you will support Account Managers with customer needs from onboarding through their growth with Sortable. You will provide analysis and identify trends and issues that drive customer success. You will provide direct and outstanding support to our customers. You will support customer onboardings, ensuring that integrations go smoothly and any technical issues are communicated clearly to internal and external stakeholders. You will manage escalations and work with the Technical Solutions team to ensure a successful resolution of customer issues, onboarding and continued partnership with Sortable. You will become an expert in Sortable’s tools and systems and execute changes, quantifiable results and product/feature adoption with speed and accuracy. You will ensure that the appropriate business and technical teams are aware of roadblocks and follow up on resolutions and the impact to project timelines and deliverables.
