Your role In the role of Technology Analyst, you will work on Operational application maintenance. You have to conduct defect/incident & problem analysis within applications & associated DB. Respond to user requests within the trouble ticketing tool, clarify issues with Business Stakeholders (Finance, Customer Care etc.). It would involve Installation/deployment of releases and patches. You would need to interact with the vendor for open defect/incidents and clarification questions with the vendor. Your contribution is required in assess IT solution designs and providing suggestions for improvements from an IT perspective. Attend meetings and workshops of local project teams in alignment with client stakeholders and provide regular reporting of IT project status as per mutual agreement. Coordination, controls & quality assurance checks of the delivery from the external Vendor. Oracle DB v12.1, MS-SQL
Windows Server, IIS, SSL (Certification)
Webservices SOAP & REST, XML File analysis
Experience in working with Agile team
Language proficiency in German
Telecom domain knowledge
CRM and Billing System understanding/knowhow
