Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
Qualifications: Should be preferably a any graduate.
Experience: 1-3 yrs experience in handling customer or in Order Management.
Aptitude: Customer Service, Process orientation, Systems savvy.
Key Competencies: PC proficiency - Internet, Outlook, Word & Excel, Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excellent Customer Service skills, Excellent written communication skill – spelling, vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, etc.Very Good verbal communication and documentation skills, Good typing skill – minimum 30 words per minute, Quick learning ability, Logical thinking ability.
Mandatory Requirements: Candidates need to have a Passport, Driving License, and PAN Card for Background Check/Verification and as Address Proof.
Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in shifts (24x7)
