Your new role
This is a work from home full-time role.
Responsible for generating sales from small to medium businesses and reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue bills, checking delivery status and for offering promotional margins for Retailers. Is also responsible for handling Sales representative inquiries and Retailers concerns, complaints, providing information about products and services. Accountable for controlling and processing Sales representative and retailer transactions.
To achieve the objectives of this role, the incumbent is dependent on the following relationships:
Internal: This position has contact with Customer Service Team and Back Office Team
External: Customers, Head Office, Retailer / Agent
Your key responsibilities will include:
Processing orders and update details in the system
Making follow up calls on pending deliveries concerning sales transactions
Act as Account Manager for the company, offer optimized prepaid telecommunication solutions specializing in prepaid calling cards, Phonecards Department for Australia and New Zealand directly sending email order requests to controllers and field representatives as per Retailers request while working on end to end process.
Call or email existing Retailer’s (Manager, Business owner and authorize, decision maker or in charge personnel to do phone cards orders) to check, ask for stocks, get orders and update them for ongoing promotional offers.
New sale and Win back offers
Call new/prospect Retailers’ (Manager, Business owner and authorized personnel) and discuss the offer that company give and convince to sign up with the company and get new orders.
Scheduling of appointments to retailers for our field representatives visit.
Informing Retailers about monthly promotional offers
Send Email about promotional offers and further information, Promotional letters, posters, fliers, forms and invoices to existing Retailers.
Process retailer payments in GM or IVR transfer
Collect payments on past due bills and payment reminders
Assist Agents and field rep about payment by doing soft collections like payment reminder and SIVR transfer or processing payment transactions for Retailers on their recent orders and forward details to the finance department.
Take inbound calls to assist Sales representative and Retailers with their concern
Extend assistance to check dispatched orders and trace parcel delivery through AU post, fast way, email and internal tool system whether sent after delivery timeframe and if parcel have been received already by Agent before doing payment reminders.
Accept inbound calls and assist customers on their inquiries/questions and transfer call to the right department if needed.
Responsible for certain aspects of customer service in terms of delivery queries, deal with customers who want to exchange or return products, applying relevant company terms and conditions while they are at the shop with Retailer on the line and also answer inbound calls to answer their inquiries such as checking status of their order, processing orders and escalate their complaints to the manager if necessary.
Assist agents to check the status of the cards if activated/deactivated
Update records enter details of every interaction in the system and send sales tracker reports from time to time.
Update in the system (GM) if all information is correct, and if retailers are still selling phone cards, address queries and details update of Retailers and prospect agents for better Business transactions.
Sales representatives work with Retailers to find what they want, create solutions, provide features, advantage, benefits and ensure a smooth sales process and will work to find new sales leads, through business directories and client referrals.
Sales representatives sell retail products, goods and services to customers. Contribute to retail sales team efforts by reaching product lines sales results as per sales.
Establish and maintain relationships with store management and associates and records of contacts for future orders.
Provide quality service for repeated orders, doing leads management and convert lists into sales.
May perform other special duties or assignments as requested or required by the Operations Manager, Team Leader and Head Office team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position, you will have an established career history in Customer Support for a Telco Account, you will also ideally have:
Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course or equivalent
At Least 2 years of experience in the same field
In-depth knowledge and experience working in BPO/Remote staffing environment
Project Management experience
