The Business Development Centre (HUB) was created in 2011 and has grown from less than 5 employees, to today’s staff of nearly 50 (and growing). As a multichannel centre, the team manage inbound calls, online enquiries, emails, live chat, outbound retention, face to face - customer service, brand promotion, events and more. The Hub is considered the heart and soul of Frizelle Sunshine, as the first and most frequent point of contact and holder of key relationships across all of our brands and departments.

We are now recruiting for an Outbound Retention Specialist to join our Business Development Centre. Within this dynamic department you will not be short on learning and development opportunities or career progression as each employee has an opportunity to map out a career development pathway. Who we are looking for:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Previous sales or call centre sales experience
  • The ability to work in a fast paced office environment
  • The ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated prior experience in meeting sales targets is a requirement

What the role entails:

  • Autonomous role with account management.
  • Outbound calls to existing customers to generate additional service appointments across various service departments
  • Ability to meet KPIs
  • Strictly no cold calling – calling existing customers.
  • Manual dialling only, no predictive dialler.
  • Reporting, data entry, email communication
