For our Cyber Security team in NXP, we are looking for a PKI lead for Identity Access Management (IAM) team, in our NXP Bangalore office.
You will be working in the IAM team (part of the Cybersecurity organization) that it is responsible for IAM products and services (Identity Management, Access Management, Strong Authentication, Federation, SSO, PKI, Directories, Privilege Access Management and Cloud Security-IAM).
Build, securely operate and continuously improve upon a world class identity and PKI infrastructure that spans factories to design centers to the cloud.
Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and collaborate to ensure that identity management PKI best practices are being implemented across all the domains that rely on our identity infrastructure.
Work with operational product owners and various peer teams to integrate PKI services and systems and related technologies with other platforms to protect applications through authentication access and credential solutions.
Continuously automate across the identity/PKI infrastructure to eliminate bottlenecks, bring efficiencies and improve security and response time.
Identify new technologies and solutions to accomplish to-be functionality required for the next generation of solutions that we are building.
Support the IAM architect in analyzing architectural aspects of our digital transformation and engage with internal customers/ stakeholders on architectural issues.
Be a passionate advocate for implementing best practices by balancing empathy for customer experience with the needs for enhanced security.
NXP IT is moving towards Scaled Agile Framework way of working and defining the roles. You are expected to be comfortable with being part of Agile teams and fluent with the associated way of working.
Master s or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science.
Strong proficiency in cryptography.
7 years of experience in delivering high-impact PKI engineering and solutions delivery.
Understanding of X.509, RSA, SHA and general certificate management processes
Solid experience with public key infrastructure (PKI) and with certificate lifecycle management
Understanding and experience with Microsoft Certificate Services, Certificate Authority providers
Familiar with Agile fundamentals and DevOps way of working
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Understanding of enterprise authentication and security solutions.
Understanding of change management processes
