To continue our success, our team in Regency Park has a fantastic opportunity for Packing Machine Operators for our Weekend Roster. You will plan, organise and control the functions of the packing operations to meet the shift production schedules at optimum cost consistent with accepted standards of safety, quality, productivity, and reliability. Weekend Night Shift Hours: Friday 10:30pm - Saturday 6:30am - Saturday 10:30pm - Sunday 6:30am - Sunday 10:30pm - Monday 12:00am (midnight) Key Accountabilities: Ensuring that pre-operational equipment & process checks are completed and documented daily, and any issues identified are addressed prior to start-up Maintaining and controlling the operation of metal detection systems during production periods, including the initial calibration, routine operational checks, identification of any metal detected, and the associated documentation required. Monitoring and controlling the packing process, so that production is within Company and Customer specification and quality requirements are always met. Adjusting packing equipment for optimum output and to minimise unscheduled downtime, ensuring scheduled production plans are achieved.
