Position Overview:
The Paid Media Marketer will develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, and TikTok. The role requires managing and optimizing campaigns, crafting compelling ad copy, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and maximum ROI. This position also involves working in both English and Spanish markets and requires strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging ad copy, hooks, and creative content for various social media platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Manage budgets for paid media campaigns and ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media marketing, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of creating successful social media ad campaigns.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging hooks and ad copy.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques for social media advertising.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with social media content creation tools and graphic design software.
  • Understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
