This opportunity will see you join our leading Family & Relationship Law practice group in our Sydney office.

The practice is ranked First Tier in Doyles Guide's Leading Family and Divorce Law firms in Australia 2019, and our partners are also recognised as the best lawyers in their field by Best Lawyers in Australia and Doyles Guide.

Your role

  • Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
  • Typing, editing and proof-reading letters, memos, and briefs and court documents.
  • Indexing discoverable documents.
  • Liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff.
  • Drafting Family Court and Federal Circuit Court documents.
  • Diary and travel management, preparing monthly client reports and accounts, and billing and debtor management.
  • Assisting other personal assistants and lawyers as necessary.

About you

  • Previous support experience within a Family & Relationship Law practice is essential.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to build and foster professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will bring a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail is natural to you.
  • Above all, you are dynamic, insightful, and fresh thinking.
