Job Description

We are looking for a Campaign & Merchandising Manager/Assoc Manager to bolster Klook’s presence in Thailand and attract new travellers through exciting user acquisition campaigns. You’ll be responsible for the coordination and implementation of innovative campaigns and initiatives both online and offline.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns incl. site merchandising, discounts and owned assets to support Klook’s user acquisition and revenue growth efforts in Thailand.
  • Develop strategy, standards and best practices for merchandising (discounting, timing, product selection, placements, creatives/copy etc) in accordance with the global team’s playbook.
  • Develop critical metrics and dashboard to measure the performance of campaigns and derive actionable insights to finetune strategies and planning.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
  • Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Thailand.

What you’ll need

  • Track record in consumer marketing or campaign management with a mix of digital, offline and BTL experience (understanding of different online & offline media channels is a plus)
  • Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills
  • Resilient, performance-driven individual, able to deal with pressure and change
  • Confident, outgoing personality with negotiation skills, comfortable approaching new people outside own network
  • Good command of English and Thai, both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and wanting to learn.
