Due to a newly created Shared Services team Broadspectrum are currently recruiting for Payroll Administrators. Based in a central location in Parramatta, the Payroll Administrators will be responsible for processing time attendance and payroll records. Successful candidates must have highvolume payroll experience and experience with SAP. 

Key responsibilities :

  • Collecting and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Complying with payroll processes and legislative obligations for accurate and timely delivery of all payrolls.
  • Ongoing evaluation of payroll to ensure accuracy and avoid overpayments and off cycle payments.
  • Management of payroll ticketing system and responding to payroll queries within agreed service level timeframes.

Required skills & experience :

  • Basic high volume payroll experience with an understanding of the fundamentals of payroll.
  • Experience in SAP payroll operating system essential.
  • Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft and Internet applications.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and experience. 
  • Flexible attitude to working hours and willingness to work additional hours to meet payroll deadlines and demand.
