Your new role
This job is as Payroll and Benefits Administrator. You would be responsible for operating the entire organizations payroll and benefits coordination. Not only is this job is for someone who is able to work independently but also for someone who can communicate effectively to various stakeholders. This job requires the coordination of benefits and payroll for both full-time and part-time employees. You would be a highly organised and responsible individual.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 3-5 years of full cycle payroll experience. Experience with ADP Workforce NOW is required. You would possess experience in managing over a 200 person payroll. Holding a Canadian Payroll Association Certification (PCP) would be a huge asset but not required. Also, having experience with QuickBooks would be an asset.
