The Talent Operations and Payroll Manager will be reported to Talent Business Partner (TBP)



Job Overview


As the person in charge of Talent Operations and Payroll for Indonesia, you will work closely with the TBP and other functions to develop Talent Operational priorities. The right candidate for this position will be an individual who is analytical, pays great attention to detail, and has the ability to priorities and complete work in a timely, accurate and independent manner. 



Responsibilities and Duties


Talent Operations:


  • Ensure smooth on boarding and off-boarding process, exit clearance and notification to stakeholders
  • Ensure work permit applications, immigration matters and PR applications are processed in a timely manner
  • Develop reports for monthly, quarterly, annual dashboards and prepare government-regulated reports and surveys
  • Perform ad-hoc pay audits and provide re-caps of monthly data (absence, bonus, leave days) 
  • HRIS employee database management - Compile and update employee records (manual & system)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (onboarding, new employee data, training, performance management
  • Possess good vendor management skills and knowledge – both insurance and payroll vendors
  • Work closely with Talent Business Partner to support and execute culture and employee initiatives 



Indonesia Payroll:


  • Work closely with payroll vendor on a full range of payroll activities such as: 
  • Generating reports, reviewing and validating, monthly salary, incentive, bonus, and any other customized components
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Indonesia payroll including:
  • Benefits, taxation, pro-ration and other deductions compliant with manpower regulation in countries we operate
  • May include manual checking of over/underpayments and quarterly amendments
  • Critically review and analyse current payroll practices and procedures in order to recommend and implement positive changes and solutions



Qualifications / Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, finance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with specific experience in HR operations and payroll required
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and/or other HRIS
  • Thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of Singapore’s labor laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters in a professional manner
  • Must be highly analytical, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely, accurate and independent manner
  • Solid accounting, reasoning, and deduction skills
  • Proficiency in Excel for analytics
  • Some experience in benefits administration with programs such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly meticulous, detailed and process-oriented
