How will you make an impact?
From ensuring timely processing of the Payroll to Payment for respective areas of Australia & New Zealand to interacting with various levels of personnel both inside and outside the company.
The interaction requires strong communication skills and judgement, tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers in troubleshooting problems. Effectiveness in this role requires a thorough working knowledge of relevant payroll processes and systems, policies and procedures. Accuracy is required in performing all functions and initiative and organisation skills are valuable to ensure the timely completion of a large volume of work, within short timelines.
