Vidoori, Inc. is a rapidly growing small business that specializes in developing technology-based solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. Our core consulting expertise is in systems integration, scalable quality assurance consulting/solutions and custom software development. The Pega Technical developer position is responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) based solutions. In these roles, you will
+ Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon your solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software

Experience and Skills
Required Qualifications
+ Strong understanding of Pega; Minimum 10 years of experience in which 3-5 years using Pega
+ Hands on experience in Pega 7
+ Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design
+ Advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
+ Solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of implementing Pega.
+ Specialized knowledge of financial industry and applicable frameworks considered asset
+ Creative and flexible in identifying technical solutions to resolve business problems in a rapidly changing, demanding and complex business environment
+ Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
+ Ability to quickly and independently develop an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
+ Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms and systems
+ Expert communication, negotiation and influencing skills in order to drive dialogue with business partners in order to understand their underlying needs and requirements while managing their expectations given the limitations of the framework
+ Designing and creating Rules, Flows, Activities etc. using Pega RULES Process Commander
+ Troubleshooting ; performance tuning of PRPC applications.
+ All phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
+ Strong Object-Oriented design and implementation skills
+ Creating SOAP/REST connectors/services
+ Agile Development Methodology
+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
+ Strong understanding of relational database design concepts
+ Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, for retrieving data from large volume tables
+ Familiarity with various process modeling techniques (activity hierarchy diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, workflow diagrams, system interface diagrams)
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with continuous development/integration methodologies and tools
+ Experience in working with the large-scale (100+ entities) relational data models
+ Role requires individuals to be open minded, able to make sound decisions without having all the facts
+ Ability to meet and manage tight and changing deadlines and priorities
+ Good understanding of how to build web-based applications used for data collection
+ Understanding how to build SOA oriented APIs and/or web services used for data collection
+ Full understanding of software and hardware layers of the web application architecture
+ Knowledge of database servers and development
Technologies and Tools
Pega 7, Node.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS, XML, Ajax JSON, Git, NoSQL, MySQL, HP ALM, Unix/Linux, Windows, Oracle, Jenkins
Minimum ten (10) years of software development experience with three (3) years of experience as a Pega Developer in the analysis, design and hands-on deployment and deliver of web applications, with a Bachelor’s Degree.
