Job Description

Central 1 has a temporary opportunity in our People Solutions consulting team.  The expected start will be near the end of March.  The duration of support is anticipated to last until the end of May.  The People Solutions consulting team is committed to providing high quality human resources products and services in response to the needs of credit unions.

This position wilprovide support in producing our annual national credit union compensation surveys.  You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of all survey submissions; this involves reviewing and analyzing survey data and following up with participants for clarification on the information they supplied.  In addition, you’ll provide support to the department on various team projects.


Qualifications

The successful candidate has a:

  • strong curiosity for analyzing data
  • passion for delivering exceptional customer service as you will be interacting with many external organizations (credit unions across the country)
  • high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • strong numeric literacy in order to recognize compensation variances from structure (salary ranges or targets)
  • effective time management as this position has some independence to complete assigned work
  • previous HR admin, payroll admin or customer service phone support roles would be assets
