Client Information Our client is a Hong Kong based financial service company, which belongs to a well-known life science and healthcare group. To cope with the company expansion, they are looking for an Administrative & Personal Assistant to support the management and team operations.
Industry: Financial service Responsibilities
- To provide secretarial support to the Chief Financial Officer;
- To work closely with and provide administrative and clerical support to Finance/ Investor Relations department;
- To be responsible for documentation, filing and data management;
- To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Form 7 or above; education background in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration will be an advantage;
- 2 years relevant experience; experience in supporting senior management will be an advantage;
- Good command of Chinese and English;
- Proficient in MS Office Application;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Possessing commercial and figure sense;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, presentable and proactive.
