We are looking for a highly committed:

Supply Network Planner based in Neuchâtel

(Permanent)

Further responsibilities and duties are

  • Ensure upstream net requirements' propagation.
  • Ensure downstream propagation of constrained plans supply chain nodes. Raise any potential IT issues errors.
  • Partner with Manufacturing & Logistics for optimal batch size & distribution route configuration.
  • Set / Optimize planning & deployment parameters and methods.
  • Represent Mitek franchise in Deliver S&OP Forum.
  • Work with New Product Introduction team to ensure on time launches through the SNP network (Nodes).
  • Participate to Projects related to SNP.
  • Plans inventory per the sales forecast, to meet both customer service and inventory targets.
  • Collects and cleans-up critical inputs to the safety stock Entitlement Model.
  • Calculates Safety Stock and reviews results, and inventory projection values based on the most recent calculations relative to committed target.
  • Recommends improvement to inventory system where current parameter could affect the replenishment systems, financial position, credibility, or overall operation, (Safety stock strategy).

Qualifications

Education

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • A requirement of 2+ years Supply chain experience (i.e. Planning, Manufacturing) in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • MRP/ERP system (e.g. SAP), Advanced knowledge
  • MRP/ERP system (e.g. JDEdwards/Oracle), Functional knowledge
  • Committed to expanding technical and business expertise

Experience and Skills

Required

  • High standard of Data Analytics/ reporting skills.
  • Problem solving with attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing environment
  • Good collaboration & teamwork
  • Specialist user of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Power BI, Alteryx knowledge is preferred
  • French speaker
