You will lead all aspects of AC Service Supply Management. We are responsible for analysing Demand and securing Supply to support all of AC's Routes to Market in the EMEIA region for all channel demand requirements. You will mentor and develop a team of highly qualified professionals. You ensure Supply is positioned to meet Forecasted Rate of 98% with backlog at less than 2% Weekly shipments. You will dovetail reporting and Inventory sharing process to minimize Invoicing and meet fill rate goals. You will support Daily Backlog management and escalate issue & initiate appropriate corrective actions when applicable Create & work to allocation plans for constraint products. You will deal constructively with both Internal Customer & Supplier queries while working in close co-operation Planning, Forecasting, Logistic and Warehousing You will liaise effectively with Internal & external Supplier queries and manage change and thrive in a fast changing environment. You Support, Plan and execute material strategies and evaluate risks to the plan and implement contingency plans to mitigate while also Improving product planning processes. Identifying improvement opportunities, allocating resources and drive projects to completion to achieve targeted measurable benefits. You Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects and business improvement initiatives and will have a critical focus on the customer experience around supply planning for each of the channels of business
