As OF Planning Manager, key functions including filling Supply Chains and Operations by developing resource plans and associated commitment dates for all customer orders in which required materials are needed efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with the Manufacturing and IE/OI team at the site and partner with BE Central Planning and Supply Chain to continually optimize site response to network requirements as well as drive improvements in business processes. You will be interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to identify resources required to support the plan and follow up on actions to close identified gaps.  You also support and execute on strategies to improve the organizational capabilities of the Planning community. Responsibilities and tasks includes manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. Co-ordinate site responses to changes requests and ad-hoc scenarios in the tactical order fullfillment horizon according to the material available date. Interface with BE Central Planning, Mfg, Supply Chain(GSM) and Customer Service(CSO)to ensure optimal tactical response to customer/supply requirements including any pull-ins, support requests as well as cross-site processing. Partner with Site operations team and Operations Improvement team to execute production commits and to drive continuous improvement in tool utilization, cost and cycle time.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute strategies that are aligned to corporate objectives, improvement of the organizational capabilities of the planning community and support initiatives that drive benchmark culture.· Building and coaching a team of Order Fullfillment Planners and Planning Assistants, fostering team member engagement to the fullest of their potential.


Bachelor Degree/Masters in Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated success in a Manager position preferably with experience in Planning or Order Fullfillment role(s).Good understanding of Backend Processes and demonstrated knowledge of worldwide factory network functions and as well as Manufacturing Science. Excellent analytical and decision making skills.Good interpersonal and effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally both within and outside the department. Effective prioritization, time management and organizational skills with strong interest to work in a very dynamic environment.Good leadership skill in mentoring, building teams, managing team performance and people development.
