ICE Plant Operator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Main Task:

• Uninterrupted supply of ice to DPP.
• Operation of vapor compression machine as per S.O.P. (Flack ice and Tube ice)
• Operation of Ice conveyor.
• Cooling tower operation and cooling water treatment
• Maintain consumable spares for ice plant equipment.
• Follow Safety Standard.

Other Tasks:

• To report for any abnormality in operation.
• Observation and eliminate unwanted leakages & seepage.
• To monitor rotating equipments and report for any abnormality, e.g. vibrations, higher bearing temp. etc.
• To maintain house keeping.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Education : Refrigeration Air-conditioning Mechanic

Experiences : 7 - 12 years

Know-how/skills:

Languages: Gujarati, Hindi

• Multiple task handling (Both Operation and Maintenance of Ice Plant)
• Basic Computer operating Skill (Basic course for Excel and word)
