The Analyst will primarily work on various IT PMO & Governance activities, Incident Management and Project Management tool (Clarity) development & Support. Reporting to the Manager – IT PMO & Governance, the key objective of this position is effectively providing support meeting the target SLAs and MTTRs, perform Governance reviews and generate Project Management dashboards / reports to help leadership take informed decisions. This role will also be responsible for Project Management tool (Clarity) administration, development and support.
Roles & Responsibilities
IT Incident Management (Support)– Resolving Incident within target SLAs and MTTRs.
Perform Governance reviews to ensure all necessary governance steps, testing practices, project documentation are followed correctly and completely as per the SAP Change Management Process.
Perform Quality Assurance reviews for the IT SAP Projects
Ensure robust and transparent Program / Project controls including resource, schedule and quality management, status reporting and governance – including use of PPM Tool (Clarity)
Prepare & Publish resource management reports – resource utilization
Provide project management updates/reports on monthly & quarterly basis to leadership
Administration & support of the Project Management Tool (Clarity) to support the IT Project Management and Governance activities
Development on Project Management Tool (Clarity) for enhancements and changes
Serves as subject matter expert, providing technical and analytical guidance to the program and project teams
Support any adhoc requests from the leadership, stakeholders or customers.
Monitor KPIs for the respective projects for all the parameters.

Position Competency Requirements
Experience in Incident Management & knowledge of ticketing tools
Experience in Project Management Tool Development (2-3 Years) including writing SQL queries (ex- add new fields/ create custom reports) and one who understands the tool with front-end modules and back-end database structure
Experience of Quality Assurance reviews
Must be able to work on Multiple Developments
Proficient in Microsoft Tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio.
Worked extensively on Project Management tools like Clarity
Strong understanding of project lifecycles, Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills being detail-oriented
Good Presentation Skills which include both preparing Presentations on PowerPoint as well as Presenting it to various Stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills covering both senior and operational levels
Good understanding of IT /Software Architecture and Reviews
SAP ERP Experience would be an added advantage.
ITIL certificate (Preferred)
