How will I help?

A key member of Risk Portfolio Delivery, you will drive the effective and efficient delivery of assigned risk projects through the provision of strategic and operational support.

You will use your expertise to ensure projects have a sustainable operating rhythm and cadence, guiding and operationally supporting projects through the project management lifecycle and ensuring processes are of high quality and completed on time.  

You will ensure assigned projects adhere to agreed policies and standards and that operating structures and capabilities are in place to effectively identify and manage project operating risks. You will also assist with the collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of project data to support effective decision making.

What do I need?

A strong candidate will have relevant project management experience having worked on large and complex programs/projects, ideally in the banking sector (or other highly regulated environment). You will have proven expert knowledge of PMO best practice including delivery frameworks, processes and tools, with a practical understanding of how to apply these in a business environment. Experience working in a hybrid model (Agile and Waterfall) and P3O accreditation will be highly regarded.

You will be energetic, pro-active and resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to appropriately elicit information, challenge and influence stakeholders across a broad range of business functions, to enable the successful achievement of outcomes.

We’re looking to recruit a number of PMO Manager positions so Senior Analysts, entry level Managers and experienced Managers are all encouraged to apply.
